Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction.Products carry a NON-DOA return policy (DOA meaning dead or damaged on arrival) unless otherwise posted. That means if the item doesn't work perfectly when received, you may return it for a replacement. If  you wish to receive a refund due to buyers remorse or return a fully functional item for a refund, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refund total. 

Products are covered by a 30 day return/exchange policy & the buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost. Our professional qualified staff will attempt to resolve any issue. We do also reserve the right to refuse unwanted business, please be mindful.
